Melanie is a writer and a performer. She is the author of four non-fiction books and three produced plays, including a one-woman show.

She has worked as a writer for more than ten years as a journalist, essayist, columnist, magazine editor and television personality.

Waves Of Change is her largest international project - she has also traveled to Paris to write about queer culture and currently lives, writes and performs in New York. She is passionate about traveling, experiencing the world and telling people's stories.
